LHDN introduces 'Lawyer's Role' on MyTax portal.

The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) introduced the 'Lawyer's Role' on the MyTax portal, allowing lawyers to submit Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT) forms electronically. This feature aligns with Section 57A(3) of the Real Property Gains Tax Act 1976. Applications are restricted to lawyers under registered law firms. Applicants must log in to MyTax with their MyKad number and password. Alternatively, they can use the e-Register service if they don't have a Tax Identification Number (TIN).
