LHDN Ensures Implementation of e-Invoicing by July 1, 2025

The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) will enforce e-Invoicing on July 1, 2025, for all taxpayers. Phase one starts August 1 for companies with over RM100 million annual income, and phase two for those with RM25-100 million. This was announced during a dialogue session with LHDN's Chief Officer and 42 trade associations, involving over 110 business members. The session aims to discuss mutual interests, especially tax matters, and enhance competitiveness and business sustainability among members.
