Tax Compliance Certificate Initiative Extended Through March 2025

The Ministry of Finance (MOF), in collaboration with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), is expanding the pilot implementation of the Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) for procurement of works and consultancy services (physical) from October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. This initiative involves the Public Works Department (JKR) and the Department of Irrigation and Drainage (JPS). LHDN stated that the TCC will be mandatory during procurement bidding to ensure tax law compliance. Guidelines for this pilot project have been uploaded for reference, with further inquiries directed to tcc@hasil.gov.my.
